Love Your Neighbor Proverbs 3:27-35 Have you heard the Lord’s voice speaking to you about a certain situation or person’s needs? And you are not certain what your next step is? Solomon’s advice is to aptly do what you know is right and from the Lord. Solomon is switching from the primary teachings of wisdom, understanding, and discernment to alluding to the gifts of God from the Holy Spirit: hospitality, giving, and mercy, as well as the fruits of gentleness, kindness, goodness, and self-control.
