         “In the Very Beginning” Proverbs 8:22-31 Here are some of the most fundamental verses in the scripture discussing the creation of all there is in the universe. God, the triune God, describes through Solomon to his children, the personification of Wisdom, her eternal state, and as an attribute of God before all that was created.   Wisdom Is Calling, Will You Accept Her? Proverbs 8:1-21 NLT The principle thread and theme of this proverb is wisdom. Solomon personified wisdom as Lady Wisdom, in contrast to the Lady of the night. Lady Wisdom guides us in the ways of God and in the fear of God. So let’s look at the first portion of the scripture. “Listen as Wisdom calls out! Hear as understanding raises her voice! On the hilltop along the road, she takes her stand at the crossroads. By the gates at the entrance to the town, on the road leading in, she cries aloud, “I call to you, to all of you! I raise my voice to all people. You simple people, use good judgment. You foolish people, show some understanding. Listen to me! For I have important things to tell you. Everything I say is right, for I speak the truth and detest every kind of deception.
